We want you to be confident in your decision to use inclly. If it's not the right fit, we make it easy to get your money back. Here's exactly how our refund policy works.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for any paid plan (Professional or Enterprise).

If you're not satisfied with inclly within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund of your subscription fee — no questions asked, provided you meet the eligibility criteria below.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • First payment only — The guarantee applies to your initial subscription payment, not subsequent renewals
  • Within 30 days — Refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your first payment
  • Usage threshold — You must have run fewer than 20 scans on your account. If you've exceeded this limit, you've received substantial value from the service and refunds are not available

Why 20 scans? This matches our Free plan limit. If you've used more than what's available for free, the paid service has provided value beyond what you could access without payment.

What's NOT Refundable

  • Subscription renewals (second month onwards)
  • Accounts that have exceeded 20 scans
  • Refund requests made after 30 days from first payment
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated)
  • Enterprise contracts with custom terms

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at hello@inclly.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include the email address associated with your account
  3. We'll verify your eligibility and process the refund
  4. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
  5. The refund will be credited to your original payment method

Cancellation (No Refund)

If you don't qualify for a refund but want to cancel, here's what happens:

  • Cancel anytime — No lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees
  • Keep access — Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds — We don't offer pro-rated refunds for unused days in your billing cycle
  • Downgrade option — You can downgrade to the Free plan instead of cancelling completely

Data Retention After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription or receive a refund:

  • 30-day grace period — Your scan results and account data are retained for 30 days after cancellation
  • Export your data — During this period, you can log in and export your scan history and reports
  • Permanent deletion — After 30 days, all your data is permanently deleted from our systems
  • Immediate deletion — You can request immediate deletion of all your data at any time by emailing us

If you reactivate your account within the 30-day grace period, your data will be restored.

Plan Changes

  • Upgrades — When you upgrade mid-cycle, you're charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of your billing period
  • Downgrades — When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund for the current period

Exceptions

We may offer refunds outside these terms in cases of:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Extended service outages (over 24 hours)
  • Billing errors on our part

Enterprise customers with custom contracts should refer to their specific agreement terms.
