What inclly Does
inclly is a web accessibility scanning and compliance platform. We scan websites you own or have permission to scan for WCAG accessibility issues, provide remediation guidance, and generate audit documentation. We do not modify your websites - we scan externally and report findings.
Your Responsibilities
- Only scan websites you own or have explicit permission to scan
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Don't use our service for illegal purposes
- Don't attempt to circumvent plan limits through technical means
- Don't resell or redistribute our service without permission
Subscriptions and Payment
- Free plan: No payment required, feature limits apply
- Paid plans: Billed monthly, cancel anytime
- Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee on first payment (see our full Refund Policy)
- Upgrades: Prorated for remainder of billing period
- Downgrades: Take effect at next billing cycle
What We Guarantee
- 99.9% uptime target (excluding scheduled maintenance)
- Your data stays yours - export anytime
- No lock-in - cancel anytime without penalty
- We won't sell your data to third parties
Limitations
We provide accurate scanning based on industry-standard tools (axe-core), but:
- Automated tools catch ~40% of accessibility issues
- We don't guarantee full WCAG compliance from our scans alone
- Our AI recommendations are guidance, not legal advice
- You're responsible for implementing fixes correctly
Intellectual Property
- Your data: You retain all rights to your content and scan results
- Our platform: inclly owns all rights to the platform, features, and branding
- Feedback: Any suggestions you provide may be used to improve our service
Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time
- We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
