inclly is a web accessibility compliance platform that helps organizations identify and fix WCAG accessibility issues. We scan websites externally using industry-standard tools (Playwright and axe-core), provide remediation guidance, and generate audit trails.

Data We Collect

Account Information

• Email address - Required for account creation
• Name - First and last name (optional)
• Password - Stored securely using bcrypt hashing

Website Scan Data

• Website URLs - The URLs you submit for scanning
• Page content - HTML structure from scanned pages
• Accessibility issues - Detected WCAG violations
• Scan metadata - Timestamps and page counts

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Payment card numbers (handled by our payment processor)
• IP addresses for tracking purposes
• Browser fingerprints
• Data from your website visitors

How We Scan Websites

• We scan websites externally - we never inject JavaScript
• Our scanner identifies itself as "Inclly Accessibility Scanner/1.0"
• We only access publicly available pages on URLs you provide

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete - Delete your account and all data
